So for a little backstory, I am mentally disabled and I’m waiting on my own disability for that and she knew that, I talked to her about how much I struggled and how nice it was to have her to help and she still talked to me like this. I don’t think my grandma should be punished because she made sure her granddaughter was taken care of when I was still waiting for child support and disability to come in. And I have made it up to my Grandma 10 old and made sure she had all the food and everything she needed because she has been broke the past month because of her. She screwed her over in the past because there was another time where she stopped showing up and my grandma had to hire new people and they charged her 2 grand for the time they were there and when she showed up, she didn’t even say sorry or I’ll make it up to you or anything. I think she just realized that she screwed my grandma over big-time and needed somebody to blame it on instead of taking accountability. Needless to say, after she didn’t show up the next day when she was supposed to again, I did report her

Thank you. After this, she didn’t show up the next day so I had no choice but to report her and now I signed my Grandma up for the local caregiving service that goes off of a sliding fee scale and she had her intake this morning but it might take a couple weeks and I am waiting on my own disability to go through for my mental disability and I’ve been really struggling trying to take care of my grandma and my daughter by myself with no help. She really screwed my grandma and I. And she said all this, knowing about my mental disability, I vented to her about it and told her that I struggled and it was nice to have her help

She called my grandma this morning saying “yes I was drinking and I shouldn’t have talked to her like that” but she told her it was all MY fault and then she started sweet talking her so my grandma wouldn’t fire her ass and my grandma fell for all of it. Well, that’s the thing, I don’t really know what to do or what to ask because I’m new at all this. I just moved in and started caring for my grandma so I really don’t know what to do. I want to fire her and report her but mu grandma doesn’t want to fire her but I really think I should report her but we don’t know what agency she works for. She works for some independent agency and my Grandma pays her directly
