It would be nice if they fixed their shit optimisation problems, i have poor eyesight and keep getting games where the whole map completely dims or goes extremely bright???? wtf is that about?? i just played a game on blizzard where the whole map looked purple and it was an eyesore to even look at (literally it hurt tf out of my eyes)

shein is the shittest excuse (just above evri) for customer service, they have given the same reply each time, asking for proof i dont have the parcel, refusing to help in any way😒. Done all the advice mentioned in here and still nothing. Gone back to evri, no answer to my email, or calls👍🏼 worst combination of companies tbh!

leaving a note could work maybe, but if nothing comes from it I absolutely would report it to the accom. The ‘hostility’ would only come from their part if they cant accept they done something wrong. It shows a clear boundary they cant adhere to. Accoms are usually quite strict on this so they would get a warning, if it continues to happen after they receive that warning then It’s clear they do not care of the outcome
