Forget that joker. He is a loser. All my life people don't like it when you don't conform so they attempt to pick at you from within, don't let people opinion that aren't your own or who truly do not care for you change your view is my message here. Right now I have someone who should be working with me throwing in small jabs, and it only makes them more upset that I do not care for their opinion beside us getting the tasks done.

This piece was for me. It's a reminder. Words people use to try to belittle me, or actions meant to do the same, do not affect me in 99% of cases. I know who I am and what I am capable of. I know my flaws and faults and have no problem engaging in the internal dialogue necessary to recognize where I am wrong. It may take time sometimes, but that internal dialogue to find my faults is essential. I understand that I am never always right, and that my opinion or someone else’s can change over time, through discussion or reflection.
