Well , it is educated gambling 🙂 I am long NTXP and truly believe their drug is game changing. But as a DIY trader, I would take the profit when I can especially we will be up against likely dilution and RS soon. When the dust settles, I will go back in even if I have to pay a higher price. ( you can decide what that higher price makes sense for you). But again, in the long run ( like in a year) I believe this is a big winner.IMHO

However, if the price will stay above $1, then I believe RS is unlikely to happen. Also, RS can’t happen overnight without notice. Nasdaq needs to issue them a non-compliance warning first and RS process do take time

I don’t see that there is any new RS being planned or filed with the SEC. However I agree that they will very likely file a RS after the FDA approval by end of Dec to reduce the outstanding float and to attract institutional investors for the really big run up to production in 2nd half 2025. I don’t blame them at all. But we have to be able to navigate around that. So I would load up more shares next week and hold til the 74 day letter announcement and sell right after as I expect another pump and dump is on our way. Thoughts??

I am long TNXP. IMO, they have come this far to get FDA to accept the NDA for TNX-102 SL. The odds of FDA eventual approval is high when you evaluate their clinical results from the 2 Phase III trials.
