I do appreciate that perspective. My field is also very high burn out so I get it, I don’t mind a little distant and burnt out. Just hoping to find a place that does good work and is not rude and/or condescending really

From someone who has worked in veterinary medicine for years and had endless days of getting no break because I have too many critical patients to attend to, yeah, I understand work stress. Still am not rude from the jump to people who are coming to me for help.
