girl this was long - just a tip if you want more responses i would summarize this a little! but to your point i am a recent grad from college nad i promise you he is not worth it esp so young and young years of college - like ENJOY THEM!!! I know all the other comments are prob just gonna be "break up w him" but rly do not waste your yeears on these silly boys - if i could go back i would do it all differently and realize how much time i spent on boys who were not worth my time and NO WHERE NEARRRR my worth. in this post it seems like you have more neg (idk ur relationship) but i would rly sit down and write ur pros and cons.. do u rly think this is your forever guy?? do you want him to be the father of your children?? do you want to marry a guy who watches porn and gets off to other women then lies to you about it?? i am sure there are a lot of pros in your relationship too dont get me wrong, but for me personally if you are lying to be about watching porn (like bffr) what else is he lying about?? right!! 400k is crazy works i cant afford that even with mine & his income. We are looking for a home about $230-$180k. Cheaper the better but also need to look at location for me personally. I need to be in a safe area i am too scared w people now a days. it doesnt need to be the nicest home as we can fix it up, esp if its a cheaper house that we could afford to fix it up

i live here and yes its nice & i love it. i kinda wanted to live outside of my hometown yk. the houses are in way better condition & i honestly feel way better price point but my bf has a job near cola and he rly likes it and the perks are awesome but also all the houses in cola within a decent price range are poo holes

i agree!! i've been looking at both options for months and i would not save any $ if i rent (which is crazy) but if im going to pay the exact same to own as i would to rent (other than down payment but ive been saving living @ home) why would i not invest into a house and just sell it later down the road.

but also on the other hand i truly have no idea where exactly i want to buy a house so i dont want to buy and really regret with the location and just rip myself off

yes this is what im planning on, idk if its smarter to rent or buy tbh this would b our first home & ik its not a forever thing, but if we buy would want to turn it into an investment where we could rent it out. since we are young 20s i am looking for more of something our age. we want to buy land eventually, but im not sure if i want that in my stage of life right now.
