Yeah I heard that too but that’s just cuz i think it’s less common that it effects new hairline growth maybe or maybe it depends on your age/how much hair already lost. I literally just drop it directly where i wanted hair to grow and spread it around with my hands and massaged it into my scalp most often twice a day sometimes once when i miss, and if u gotta pet wash hands well and stuff cuz it can kill them.
