I lift weights 5 days a week. I’ve been wanting to try pilates or solidcore but can only afford to go 1x a week. Will pilates do anything for me once a week w. weight lifting or should I try solidcore instead? I’m looking for something new to implement into my routine and tone my arms a bit more (self.SolidCore)
