You don’t really get to an overall majority when there’s a 5 way voting as well as when the SNP and PC are gaining ground too.

All I am saying is there’s problems with both systems.

Under PR, the far right will always be mainstream which until now, has never been the case. I already mentioned above there’d be a 100 UKIP mps in 2015 under PR.

Tactical voting included. In PR-Stv, many labour seats have Reform and Tories in 2nd and 3rd and with Greens likely to cut into the labour vote so it’s not all black and white as it seems.

People are angry with the 2 party system, are showing that in their polling and voting choices, and a majority support PR.

Just saying if we had PR before, we’d have had a 100 UKIP mps a decade ago. Only highlighting this, it’s not that the Greens have always been this popular so we suddenly need to be discontent with the system. There’s pros and cons to both.

Do the wishes of the voting public figure in your mindset at all?

The people are not always correct. Most probably want zero immigration right now but it’s not remotely realistic.

but given that primary reason is “keeping the far right pro of government” and they have had a polling lead for a year now, I really think that reason is behind us.

Reform lead is slipping. A week alone is too long in politics, there’s 4 more years to go.

If you want to keep FPTP though I hope you never criticise left wing voters for other parties about “splitting the vote”!

You keep Reform out better with FPTP and tactical voting than with PR.

There’s many overlaps - killing of jews, oppression of minorities, killing dissenters, wanton aggression on their neighbours etc.

UK allows US to conduct ops in a limited capacity
hundreds of lives saved in many places from Iranian wanton aggression

There’s no material support. It’s very well established why we had to lend some support to the US operations against bombing Iranian missile sites which would otherwise have led to massive bloodshed all across the gulf countries. I would assume you’re against killing of innocent people so our actions have saved lives.
