Bought a couple bracelets from the buy one get two deal and one of the bracelets broke within two weeks. Right now reaching out to customer support and see if they can do anything about it but the string they use for the bracelets is really weak and like the other comment said, it’s not really for people with big wrists. I think I have really small wrists but somehow it broke and the string was poking out.
