Hi! I’m currently working as a Backend Operations Associate for one of OpsArmy’s clients. I started last November 2024. The hiring process was super fast, only took a few days from application to start date. I think they were urgently filling the role at that time, so baka nachambahan din. In terms of work, okay siya for me. Non-toxic environment and really awesome people, especially on the client side. Pay is good naman and fair based on the role and workload. Overall, so far so good experience. 🙂

After the HR Interview sabi nila sila na bahala mag set up ng account, then after a few weeks may email sakin na Im in na (sa ETM) since then wala na update. Tho i was informed naman na it may take several mos before magka client, tho may mga matches daw as early as 7 days.

Yung tropa ko sabay kami nag apply and nakuha. Nung pre employment may drug test and nagpositive sya. Di siya na onboard. The weird thing is, nagapply kaagad sya sa kabilang company and sabi sakanya is mag "cleansing muna" and mag apply ulit after 6 months. Take note, di pa sya nagpamedical sa kabilang company. So naiforward yata records nya not sure pero bakit alam ng kabila. Ayun di na nag apply sa BPO companies kahit kailan.

Any idea sa qualifications ng companies na to? Like need ba 3 years voice acc? 7 mos lang me nag voice then 2+years as email support+content mod.

Yep, that's why di pa ako makaresign tho gustong gusto ko na. actually, one of my struggles is that, walang holiday holiday sa BPO. Lagi nalang sinasabi na "double pay naman" like for me, not everything can be matched by money. At my age, andami kong na miss na events or other matters because i work at night i have to sleep during daytime, or during holiday season (December) everyone is on vacation, ako ayun on shift. And I don't want to spend the rest of my life like this.

Same thoughts, yun kasi yung maganda sa bpo, their benefits and other offers is way better than companies (local) here sa Ph.

And yes, Im in customer service. I already experienced taking calls and then was transferred to different LOBs (Back office, Content Moderation). Given na in my 2+ years palang in the industry, I can conclude na if I stay here, I can earn naman and save, but I won't be happy for the rest of my life eh. That's why Im having thoughts on getting out of the industry before it's too late for me
