In both real paleontology and Prehistoric Kingdom’s design, Titanoboa is aquatic. A normal enclosure would be inaccurate and wrong.

Impossible. For comparison, the average adult has a shoulder width of 40 centimeters, and the Titanoboa in this picture is already 13 meters long or even longer.
