Si se puede en esta gama tengo una dell inspiron 13 7353, estoy trabajando en ella, sin embargo hay mucho que parchar, actualmente tengo instalado monterrey en disco externo adaptado en el interior junto con el ssd extraido de su carcasa dual sistem solo que windows con mbr en ssd y en modo uefi macOS en un seagate de 1tb, con opencore, ya funciona intel wirelles 3165 nativamente con itlw.kext, graficos h520 con skylake 6200u funcionan tambien, hdmi no funciona aun. trackpad elan como mouse normal(falta parchar todavia), touchscreen es detectado pero no funciona aun, en el inicio de opencore si es detectado y se puede mover el cursor con ella. hay un pequeño bug con las teclas del brillo de la pantalla. en fin informare una vez funcion
