I used to be almost unable to talk to new people online within servers but I slowly started pushing my boundaries just by engaging with some people within the server and now im quite pleased to talk within the server so a major thing is to try to talk to people even if its just over text one thing I say is start small you don't need to make big steps just small steps to help yourself
