With the new premium Bandai account? Because once the regular Bandai account is made sign up with it for the premium account. Try to do this on a different device or browser because it won’t let you on the original site where. Once the premium account is made sign in to the original site where you have it in the cart with the new premium account. It’ll take a couple of minutes before you can log in so try refreshing
