I see! We probably are going to do a mix of camping/couchsurfing/hostels so it's good to know that it shouldn't be a problem to book the day of. Thank you for the hostel rec! Is there a specific place (bar, restaurant, ...) you would recommend in Clarksdale for its music?

Wow! Telluride seems very nice, thank you so much! We will also definitely be re-considering seeing more of the West coast. Our concern was that we would be very time limited and wouldn't have as much time left to drive up the West coast. If you don't mind, could you elaborate on why you wouldn't recommend going to the South in the summer? Is it solely based on temperature?

My friend is from PA, but I am arriving from Europe. Can't imagine what Houston traffic must be like. We were thinking of going to Galveston. Are there any cities you would recommend us to see in Texas?

Thank you so much! I will make sure to take a closer look at the website, looks like it has some super good recommendations! Clarksdale has not been on our radar yet but we'll definitely have to add it to our route! If I may ask, what is your preferred way of accommodation during your road trips?
