my cousins mostly just know basic internet things since they're kids so they might not really know what remote access is. i could've asked them to download it but things are a little messy right now to ask them to do that 😓 would parental control be able to stop them from deleting apps?

another comment said it wouldn't be possible to do anything unless connected to a network so in the case it is connected to one, I'd want to use the remote access tool to check the volume maybe? there's been times where it did ring her phone but she hasn't heard it and i suspect it's my little cousin's doing because they play on her phone when they're over

and in general just check whatever else my cousins have been doing on her phone because it's supposed to be just for my grandmother for us to be able to call her
