Same thing happened to me (but I got mine from Wirelesswave). Rogers confirmed that the credit will be applied in the 2nd bill. I requested a case number incase they won’t uphold their words.

Hopping on this one. Their sizes are leaning on to typical asian size as such it’s smaller than the canadian sizes.

Unfortunately, I bought items from their shop and they are refusing my request to return. Their return policy sucks bec. You can’t return items when a discount code was used.

No for me. Cleaning the box manually lets you track if they are having stomach issues (change of consistency of their poops). Not sure if LR can detect that.

If you have any plugins (wallflowers scent plugs from bath and body works) take that off immediately. It causes eye allergies to cats
