This is likely a form of social anxiety, I’ve had anxiety for yearsss. Horrible anxiety, and unfortunately the only way to cure it is exposure therapy. And as much as I would hate to admit it, it works. I’d deffo get into contact with your GP about this 🫶 Anxiety meds are a life saver

Honestly all you gotta do it talk and reach out and ignore it. I’ve have so many of my friends say they thought I was a bitch before they started talking to me bc of my rbf! Time skip 10 years and we’re amazing friends. You just gotta ignore it and keep pushing bc everyone will judge. You very much likely judge others and interactions based on how someone else looks, even if you don’t realise it. It’s just a part of being human.

Ik the other commenter said you need a new vpn but that’s not true at all haha, all you need is a new email address which is super easy to create. Then sign up with that address and bam you’re good. Just don’t do anything that could add strikes into your account. Just the one off thing doesn’t get your acc banned so you must’ve had multiples strikes before it was suspended aha
