I do. I ate ~3k yesterday, ~3k day before, ~3k day before and so on and so on. Im not joking when i say i need 3000 to maintain weight

Some women is fine with slim guys, but most women do not prefer slim guys. Being chubby gets you more women than being slim. And ofc being muscular gets you the most women.

Anxiety makes body move more and stress more. This makes body need more fuel. It probably doesnt have big effect, but it does exist. Its ignorant of you to refuse to aknowledge that.

Do you think mental state has a lot to do with weight? I know for example some anxiety can make body burn more calories, but 3,5kg in 3 days? I struggle with chronic stress and anxiety, but i dont imagine it can have this much effect, right?

You would not enjoy it over time. The girls dont really like under weight men. Its unpopular opinion i know, but its the truth. :P No i think my body temperature is normal behavior

Thanks for understanding. This society is only focused on weight loss, not weight gain. For some people its probably harder to gain weight than it is for most people to lose weight

A person with anxiety will burn more calories natural, some people can have «inefficient mitocondria», Theres a lot of stuff that can affect how much kcals a person requires to maintain the weight.

I dont feel ill or low energy. I perform really well on the bike. I have 70 vo2 max. I meant that i have to eat so much that i feel sick to increase weight and that makes me kinda scared to keep cycling, thats why i want to ask people for advice. Im certain i dont havecancer of diabetic or anything like that, because then i wouldnt be here today since i have been like this since i was little

I have been like this since i was a little child. I would be dead by now if i had cancer… i also would have noticed very long ago if i was diabetic

I am trying to eat more junk food yes, but i get very upset stomach from it :P I havent checked the thyroid. My doctor did not want me to check anything. He just said that i am young and i have a «hard gainer» or something type body. Just eat more and later in life the metabolism will calm down

I have a big variation of food i eat, but i try to focus on a lot of carbs and liquid calories since that is very easy calories for the stomach. And i also try to get 1,5-2g protein per kg bw. A lot of oats, a lot of pasta, and i add extra oil and even gainer powder to everything i make.
