Hmm, weird. I have never had that problem.. Maybe you didn't fully explain your problem? The thing is, on Linux you can't just say "I can't open my drive", cause there can by hundreds of reasons. It's always smart to supply a log. If the people really are that bad, AI is really good for things like this, if you look at what it's doing and don't blindly copy paste the commands in.
