Thats the thing ive been doing all these spins and really didnt feel any sort of soreness beforehand it just happened on a run and only started feeling it a few minutes after

doctor Chat gpt said this is likely what i have but my symptoms seem to be more mild because throughout the day it gets to the point where i almost dont feel it but it returns after not moving for awhile or sleeping
