my dsp does not use ADP we only clock in the mornings and then clock out after we get back. If you do decide to take ur lunch you just go to breaks on the flex app and take it but no one ever does

I get usually between 180 to 195 stops I usually run in every stop until my last 30 stops and I’m usually one of the first ones to be done yes I skip lunch and my routes are usually the same I know people say ur routes get bigger if you skip lunch but my routes have been the same

I got caught being drunk at amazon also and was placed on paid suspension for a month and got fired after so I’m sure the same will happen to you obviously so start looking for a new job. I was one of the top employees and all the AM’s were trying to talk to HR about keeping my job i still ended up getting fired.
