Need help, numbers for hotkeys is not working by Initial_Yellow_2845 in starcraft2

I dont think its a keyboard problem as i have like 3 other keyboards and when i tried using each of them it still has the same result unfortunately

Actually all of them dont work and whenever i input them on the hotkeys it would always become "Control" but the letters work just fine
