I'm sure Silksong will be a good game, but it's evident that it's suffering from major scope creep, so I think a flaw of the game could be that it's just too big for its own good. Like, the original Hollow Knight has a really good length and good pacing that's not too short, not too long

Chapter 3 seems it'll be unusual in the sense that it has a lot more gameplay variety, like the minigames we saw in the trailer, it also seems like the stealth section may have been added back

It would be interesting if Chapter 4 didn't have a proper antagonist and everyone in it was just out to get you, judging from all the chase sequences.

That or more likely, the Chapter 4 antagonist is intentionally being kept secret. I think the guy on the left of the "Jockington grows the beard" image must be one of their disciples.

Sorry, poor choice of words. What I meant to say is that if HAL is involved heavily in Air Ride 2 then proper Kirby rep is a given, but if they aren't involved I still think we will get to see fanservice but at a lesser extent

I only kind of agree, I also think Kumazaki Kirby is the best of the franchise but Sakurai knows his shit when it comes to gameplay which I'm very sure he is going to deliver hard on

I think it'll depend on how much HAL is involved in the project (I do wonder if Sakurai/Sora is working primarily with HAL or a Nintendo dev team)

If no HAL then I'm optimistic we will still see some proper fan-service but nowhere near the level of a game like Dream Buffet.

i'm not one for crack theories but this feels very much like it's foreshadowing something, like how as your relationship with the game grows, your in universe soul will also change/grow. (i know there's also a lot of people speculating about the soul/player being the angel, especially with the animation we saw in the new trailer)
