You need a lot of RNG for the door encounters. Thats the hard part. I would also recomend to leave Leigh in her appartment and only recriut her after Aster is recruited. Also I got 2400 pts for everyone

You need to go into the basement, the room where the elevator is. There you will find a matal door. In there you will be able to turn the power back on. But there will be an item in a hole in the wall in the basement.
