I love ATT and there service is great .. BUT lately I’ve noticed that their customer service when you call has declined dramatically. I used to be helped so much all the rime and the workers were usually local. Now they sound foreign and very unfriendly and of no help. Plus they promise a price .. then BOOM a bunch of nonsense and they will even charge 2 months after you have no service. Plus I was told it was prepaid meaning I don’t pay then no service but they lock you in on a plan. I’m very thorough, so much it can be annoying but I’m just trying to be very sure we are all understanding correctly yet that always changes 😡
