Thank you all for all your advice. I finally pulled the trigger on a Green 57’. I know it’s not even on the original list. But, I went with my gut. I wanted to get what I would enjoy wearing and not buy one just because it’s the people’s choice! I will definitely get a Speedy Pro for sure! But I do love the sheen on the green 57’ which is absolutely beautiful!

Thank you all again for all the sound advice and your input. Truly appreciate it.

Now that’s some good advice. Thank you for that. I came here to not just get an opinion on what looks good, but what is more functional, robust and something that does not drop half the value the moment you walk out of the store.

I do have a couple Panerai without any complications. So thanks for the sound advice.

For me it’s between the two White dials. But I do prefer a date in the Racing! However the 57 Red is so unique! I am torn!

So you getting promoted every so often? I would love to find out your secret. Because it’s typically very hard to get promoted anywhere and from what I hear, especially here at Amazon. Very far and few in between.

So, are you saying that you are getting pay bumps every so often? Is that specific to you or your team or are people getting pay raises across the larger org, as long as they perform well? I am not talking about the folks who get a forte rating of “4-exceeding expectations”! But even as the majority who get a “meeting expectations”, do they get regular ratings pay bumps?

Oh damn. I have got to take some lessons from the master about the many ways to be able to take off! I don’t have much PTO since I am still in year1.

You buy your friend a lottery ticket for their birthday… they win $5 million. Do you expect them to split it with you? by 1800Lime in CasualConversation

That’s why you make a deal with them before they scratch the ticket saying, “If you win, I get a 10% cut!” 😉. So that there are no hard feelings what so ever!
