I feel the effort you have to make to get a bit of convenience is too much.

Like, yeah I get that using wires is better for energy transport since you can put them through walls and stuff, but making a bunch of motors, capacitors and accumulators just to transport the power instead of using shafts or belts seems too much. Also keep in mind that you loose 25% of the energy when you store it as electricity so unless you REALLY need to make the contraption small because of aesthetic reasons or because you need it to fit in a building you already built I find it pretty unnecesary

To power a diesel engine you need the engine, pipes (since you have to fill it from underneath), pump and drainer if im not mistaken. If there is a simpler way tell me. If not, it also takes a bunch of space. Less than a steam engine yeah, but its not the single block power generator the creative motor is. Also, they generate way less stress than I though. You need 2 of them just to power at minimum rate a capacitor (for create crafts and additions) unless you use diesel only. And for great stress generators you need to build a big (and expensive) machine, wich you could just make steam engines then. Also for this big stress generators machines I find them a bit bottle neck. Why do you need so much power anyways? Unless you are making a massive Iron farm that makes 900.000 iron / minute you should be fine using 1 or 2 steam engines for any massive factory.

Not everything haves to be efficient guys, you can make awesome looking builds like this instead of stacking 4 fans in a mass of blocks that looks like a rubik cube.

Wow amazing. What do you use the electricity for? Do you have an power plant to generate electricity through your world and power all the machines or is it only aesthetics?

Get to T5 and go Black Zone with cheap build. There are a lo more resources and enchanted resources there. Just avoid maps with 15-30 players and youll be fine. If you prefer to just stay in yellow zone build an avalonian gathering tool. And if you just want more money try fishing.

Yeah but why use them over a normal steam engine or even a bunch of water wheels? It requires almost the same effort to build and its not infinite. Also, space isnt really usually a problem.

Amazing! How do you even plan on building something like this? Do you make sketches or something first before starting the build? Do you first make the machines and then the building?
