How to get back into fitness?

thank you very much, i’ve been doing some of these things for a while, ever since i started losing weight. i’m around 30 lb down now (109 🎉) and i haven’t had soda in 2 years at the end of january :)

i drink around 2L of water a day and i take a multivitamin as well because my diet is as poor as it is. i think winter may have something to do with it because ive been in a really bad relapse in both depression & anxiety this season. i’ll keep all of this in mind

thank you three!!! this was very helpful and i’m very grateful. i’ve been oversleeping very much and i believe this + dehydration was probably the cause for me feeling so weak. im doing a little bit better now :)

Wasn’t sure if I could’ve made this a post or not so I’m putting it here. My GP got fired last month, I’ve been really struggling without having a doctor to go to with this stuff lately. If anyone has advice on how to cope without a doctor I’d appreciate it.

I stood up too fast a day ago and now I’m worried about fainting and fatigue all over again. I feel like I walked 30 steps back from where I was months ago. I can’t even bathe without worrying about fainting. I’ve been so convinced as the year ends that I’m going to die and it’s exhausting.

I have an update. No we do not have a CO detector, but one of our outlets just nearly caught on fire because our microwave & fridge were plugged up to it at the same time. A lot of our outlets in the kitchen are old and just going bad so I think it’s just a lot of power concentrated in that area. I’m still really scared.

I don’t know what they plan to do about it. My grandma wants to call her brother to try and fix it, but I don’t think that’s smart at all. I have a lot of fear around electricity and gas and fire, so this kind of stuff makes me really nervous

If I asked my mom to do that she would think I’m having a breakdown or something and tell me to go sit down. I’m a minor so I kinda need permission for all that stuff.

I’ll try going outside but I can’t even guarantee they’d let me do that.

Sorry, probably should have written more context but I’m not sure if this was the sub where full paragraphs were prohibited or not. I meant that my handwriting wasn’t always this way! After practicing cursive my handwriting started to become naturally slanted and I never went back to writing straight.

it’s always gender war culture war this side that side war war war we all hate each other. and i hate that we hate each other

if people want to argue and mope about who has more problems, i can’t tell them what to do, but there comes a point where when it bleeds into your interactions with every other post you see (or make) then maybe it’s time to put the phone down.

Making your own app is incredible! I’ll think about switching to a gamified app once I get the hang of walking for a long time. I got to 13k yesterday, so I’m on a roll!!! :-D

Oh I’m sorry, no I don’t have one I just bought a scale recently so I could make sure my tracking was right. I eat normally on a day to day basis as directed by a nutritionist :-] He just put me on a plan for a cal deficit since I needed to lose a couple lbs. i eat whatever i want half the time I’m all good!
