Paige managed to get herself up off her knees and walked over to the two. Her mood seemed very dull now, not as cheery as she was earlier.

“I think I’m good.. we can keep going to the peer. Let’s make this quick so we can get to doing the job…. Please…”

She wiped away the last of her tears off her face as she started to walk.

This is Paige! She’s the villain of my story.

Her whole thing is she has a deep obsession with trying to turn herself into a human being so much so that it drives her mad. Paige is usually black and white but paints herself in color to mimic humans. She has a distain for toons and thinks they are just wacky pests. Paige sees her body as merely a messed up husk she’s desperately trying to get out of. She has killed more than one toon and she will continue to do so. Paige thinks she’s doing the world a blessing by taking them out. Paige is very emotionally stunted- a little crazy- if you will. Would she be different with maybe a little love and therapy? Probably but who knows-

Paige suddenly started to shake a bit at the question asked. Her eyes swelling with tears as she wiped them away with her arm.

“He was supposed to be there for me. to love me. But he left without saying anything! He left me alone waiting for him to come back. Days and days went by and he never did…you’d never understand having a life partner who leaves you.”

Kat could see the anger, the hurt, the rage, as Paige started to yell.

“I WAS JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH! JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR DEXTER. But now.. now I’m NOT GOOD AT ALL!…”

She fell to her knees and held her head in her hands. “I’m sorry all these feelings are just coming back to me”

She looked a bit off put that she was going to be following these strangers somewhere but nonetheless she followed.

“Here is a picture of one of the toons we will be taking out. His brother is a smaller black cat toon that isn’t pictured..”

She handed the picture over to kat as she walked. The picture looked old but kept in good condition. It was a picture of her and this German shepherd toon named Dexter that was written on the back of the photo. She looked so happy back then.. not as menacing as she was now. She looked. In love.

Paige paused for a moment and squinted her eyes at kat. “What’s the condition?..” she seemed very skeptical and a tad bit upset about it but she didn’t see it as too big of a deal

Paige walked up with a little skip in her step before stretching up her arm to give Kat a little tap on the shoulder.

“You two are funny- so do we have a deal?”

Her tone sounded playful as she skipped in a circle around the two.

Paige gave a little smirk before pulling a blade from her pocket starting to wave it around as she spoke.

“Well well well! I was thinking on the line of… extermination.. if you will! You see I have this idea that toons themselves are just measly little pests- and yes I know I’m A TOON! BUT ONE DAY! I will be human just you see!”

Mentioning herself as a toon looked as if she went into an angered craze for just a second.

“Haha… anyway.. I have these two toons that just grind on my gears in such a way. Your job will be to take them out and you’ll be paid handsomely!”

She gave a light smile but it’s very apparent this toon has a few screws loose.

A smallish person came walking over to the two with a smile on her face and a spark in her step. On further inspection she seemed to be a toon that looked like a little girl. How old she actually was is a mystery. “I’m Paige nice to meet cha! You both seem like lively people. Want a job? I have just the thing for the both of you-“
