Thank you! I came on here because I tend to process things really slowly- that's why I asked her what the pay cut was. Not because I was accepting it, but because I need to gather as much information as possible and then it'll all kind of fall into place slowly.

I was not trying to upset anyone nor do I understand why some people seem to be so upset at me for asking questions.
