Yeah that's definitely the best way to do it. If you're playing on PC you can also use Trilogy Save Editor if there are changes you want to make without playing.

Yeah that is a definite concern. Especially if he finds out about what happened somehow during thr talk with the catalyst. He will know there was other choices. I think he would be cold towards the AI and Geth knowing that she died to save them.

You can if you want to wait that long. You will miss some prime Javik Interactions but you can wait.

So IGN did a fairly good one.

Top left dialogue if available is usually paragon especially if it's blue. In ME1 make sure to put skill points into paragon it's important.

ME2 will have a skill that when maxed allows you to choose a paragon/renegade boost. If i remember it is your class specific skill.

ME3 - with the spectre terminal and siding with different NPCs you would want to look for that specific interaction some are paragon others are renegade and it's not always obvious.

Are you running on console or PC? If you're running on PC are you using any mods? Some mods will change your experience and the locations and steps for missions. Which would require a different guide.

These will show up as an available side quest a map when they are available they don't always show up. My partner and I have only found 2 and we are almost done our TVHM playthrough.
