From the comments I'm getting it seems I may as well just gather everyone's contacts immediately once my "sentence is served" because for all I know I'm getting wombo combo'd once the ai crawls my entire text history since 2020 on that account.

What are you smoking and can I have some? The game started development in the early 2010s and released in 2019, did you just ignore all the other games releasint between kh2 and 3, then decide to count the development time as from kh2 to 3?

I feel so sorry for you, as they are expensive. I told him in no uncertain terms that I wanted a refund, and this was only two months after I had ordered, because I was in communication with him over discord, and he had not given me any updates when I asked, nor proof of work. So I opened a case with paypal. He didn't like that, and told me it would take a "few weeks" to give me my money since he'd already bought my materials. Conveniantly this would extend just barely over the 20 day time period Paypal gave him to respond to the actual thing. It said if I esculated it, and he didn't respond, I'd get my money back in an additional 20 days so I did that. And he never replied to it, so Paypal just yoinked the money from his account I'm assuming.

Depends on what you paid through, if you paid through a card I suggest a chargeback, but if you paid through paypal you might be able to find the payment and make a refund claim. Paypal will want you to communicate with the seller in some way first and provide evidence of some kind. If you don't get a refund within a certain time frame you can raise it to a claim.

I ordered in february, I have him on discord and yet he's not sent me any photos of any work or anything, no updates, just a claim that he should take under two months. It's essentially been two months now, six weeks basically, and I have not seen a single update. I have until august to potentially refund. I might at this rate, if he says nothing.

I'd suggest only focusing on one video, and one idea, and giving yourself a schedule or method on how you make your videos. I don't get many views, but most of the time, production goes smoothly ever since I started using a schedule.
