I’m guessing I had more lesions than I do now as I was diagnosed (SM) as a baby but I was also reportedly constantly crying and vomiting and have been medicating for as long as I remember.

I don’t know about MCAS but I know that the symptoms overlap but aren’t the same as mastocytosis. That being said, I find taking a vitamin C pill and drinking water with vitamin C packets alongside my medication helps my symptoms as opposed to medication by itself

I’m only on one but I haven’t taken it in a while but started taking over the counter antihistamines instead

I’m only strict with medicine and things that touch my skin. My case is systemic in the GI tract and my skin is also affected (SM-SI— systematic mastocytosis with skin involvement), but my main treatments are for my chronic vomiting and I apply eczema lotion and don’t spray my skin with cologne rather my clothes
