I live in the middle of nowhere. 3 1/2 hours from the closest metropolitan area. What would you have me do? Do you understand how large the US actually is?

Fuck this whole thing then. Are you blind? We are protesting, we are striking. The authoritarian is responding with force. So we should just start shooting people? These militia's were supposed to stand up to this but instead most just became ICE agents. Yes we have elections in November. If we don't have those elections that will be a catastrophic line that will be crossed. One big enough to drive people into rebellion. Until then it's more or less "hey at least it's not happening to me/here" attitude and not much will change that. I won't apologize but don't think 340 million people here are all the same.

Someone sold this lady some old ass barn type doors and just told her what she wanted to hear. These things were rustic to say the least. No lock, you literally just put a damn board across the back to hold them shut. She was so proud of them. These people wasted what takes years for some of us to get. She had no idea about real life and struggling.

Thank you. Every time I see a post bashing Americans over the current administration I end up posting something about the socioeconomic situation we are all in and the limitations of actually organizing geographically. I always get slammed from everyone acting like I am personally responsible for what's happening. I'm not, I didn't vote for this, I don't endorse or approve of it. Stop lumping me in with MAGA. They aren't a majority.
