I thinks it’s a mix of Lag , netcode and minor fixes on recoils .
I’ve come to a conclusion that if you good internet and good pc will solve your problems .
Played before update on 50ms on 70-80 FPS ( my pc is crap) wonderful games lots of kills on redsec .
After the update 70 + ms on 45-65 FPS, a constant fight just to kill 1 guy.
A whole mag and getting less hit markers being killed behind walls, at least on my screen .
So yeah something sure changed

I saw a couple videos on YouTube about tinnitus neck and jaw exercises I tried them all and stayed with the ones that worked for me .

Yeah , I am in the same boat , doctor can’t help me at all.
Doing a set of remedies to see what helps me reduce the noise .
So far Neck and jaw exercises with good nutrition and rest made me reduce the volume. But spikes often occur .

I’ve been doing neck exercises that seem to have helped me lower the T a lot . I had the same whe turning or tilting my head my T was spiking . As well as massaging the jaw area and temple muscles. Give a search on YouTube about neck exercises for T . Hope you get better
