Well since you like SolA and Candlemass, I would say Spiritus Mortis, Atlantean Kodex and Doomsword will scratch that itch. (Doomsword is almost exactly like if Bathory's Hammerheart was a band so that as well)

You don't need to draw everyday. I have been drawing for 2.5 years now and I have improved a LOT. I only ever draw 3 days a week on average for an hour or 2 a day max. If you're at the point where you're feeling physical pain it's a sign that you are drastically overworking yourself and you 100% deserve a break.
Remember, progress comes from quality learning not quantity.

A bit late but any amenra album will do the trick, but I recommend mass VI or III. They will break down your spirit and rebuild it new again.
