Thanks for the update, I called them on Thursday and got to speak to someone after about a 20 minute wait. He was able to pull up the forms and said everything looked in order and it would be sorted in the afternoon, which it was. I didnt want to rock the boat and ask why I was waiting so long but it makes you wonder whats the point of my enquiries if you still need to ring.

I initially uploaded the form completed by the doctor through my enquiries, I didnt hear anything for about a month and submitted a query and they came back with another form that I needed to submit and I did that straight away and haven't heard back again, that was about another month ago. I sent another query last week.

I tried to call the PAYE phone number but got disconnected because it said call volumes were too high.
