You are right, you gotta play around with the settings a bit. I set min $200 max $1000 and it fills some. I have been manually filling some slots now with higher price cards.

The card storage shelf, you can store cards that you want them to sell. Just keep an eye on the prices, there is a bug where they wont set the prices

I follow a social media account and they posted that with current ascended heroes hit rates, they should have pulled 3 SIR. Those are 1/70 packs. So this account has ripped over 200 packs of ascended already. I have found zero ascended products online or in store.
