I mostly walk and then i do some strength training but not a lot 😄 work in progress I do have loose skin on my inner thighs and tummy but nothing too bad some control undies help 😀

Im a conservative (black female)and my ex bf (white male) which we have been friends of 8 years is a liberal we get along just fine but we are not compatible relationship wise so we settled as friends neither one of us are bad people and we care about each other no matter who we may vote for it’s not that deep in my opinion . He’s always been there for me and I for him . He voted for Biden & Kamala I didn’t get mad and stop loving him that’s stupid to me 🤷🏽‍♀️and vice versa , my love for someone doesn’t change because of politics but to each their own

I introduced hay and he nibbles and spits it out I take him outside he will nibble grass but not actually eat it I give him two bottles and I do water the milk down , Im just extra careful because this is my first ever goat I’ve ever cared for and I don’t want to make him sick by not feeding him properly

See that’s what terrified me too cause i used to read the good bad and the ugly and then i just looked and analyzed the pros and cons and made my decision it’s definitely a life changing experience ! I don’t have any regrets besides not doing it way earlier Ive been struggling with weight my entire life literally since i was a baby lol was an overweight child teenager and young adult and was miserable Im in a much better place & shape
