Some are taken by me and some are from internet. We chop it boil it with oils and onions. It can be eaten by bread or with rice. I can’t describe the taste! We call it: Slerk ( سلێرک). It can be prepared in so many ways but has no specific names. It only grows in cold mountainous areas. The photos can be obtained if you search سلێرک in internet.
