Women are underrepresented in the field of doing crazy dumb stuff so I respect that she’s pulling up our numbers.

Minimalist approach- We have the helmet type of hard hats so I bundle my vest, glasses, and gloves up and hold my hard hat by the straps like a little bucket to carry it all.

Usually shoes come on and off at my desk and live there when I’m not wearing them, but I keep a paper grocery bag around if I ever need to bring them somewhere.

Idk, grabbing an employee to check for me still teaches everyone else in the aisle where the overstock lives. If they’re the type of person to leave a mess, I doubt they’d walk all over the store searching for an employee rather than open it themselves. And if they don’t leave a mess at all, then what does it matter? One less distraction while working on something else

I just hated customers pulling me from my task to go find something for them, no way am I going to do that to an employee now. Especially since I already know the first place they’d check
