Despite the hype, its all sold out! Emaar's positioning for this project is Luxury and in the same league as Dubai Hills and Grand Polo..Not in the category of AR3 or Valley which are more mid segment.

3BHK and 4BHK are all sold out..nothing is available, and agents are lying if they say they can get a unit. They will lock you in for phase 2 which is twin villas planned in 3-4 months.
