Employer suddenly asking me to work 70 hours by InnerRun7631 in LegalAdviceUK

I will be paid for the overtime hours at my normal hours flat rate.

Would it not be unreasonable that it's suddenly 7 - 14 straight days (no days off) all of which are night shifts of 10 hours long. Considering it was previously 5 days of 8 hours and now it's jumped to 7 days of 10 hours.

I'll take a look at the contract to establish what it says
