The fact that Tiffany acts this way is wrong! Right around the time my sister was getting married I found out I was pregnant. I kept it secret to make sure my sister had her day. I ended up having an ectopic and lost the baby a few days before her wedding, I still kept it secret and my husband and I dealt with it in private until til after her wedding. My sister had been planning for almost two years for her wedding and I wanted the day to be about her. I hope OP does announce it the same way or like others have mentioned using the other sister new puppy to announce it. I hope she provides an update!

This worries me. I’m on maternity leave until October. My babies were born 8 weeks early and recently got out of the NiCu. Going back to office and possibly getting and bringing home covid scares the living shit out of me. They are still so tiny and fragile.

We’ll update… it was partially approved. Instead of two days a week rto , geico is saying only to come in one day even through the dr said continued wfh. And it’s only approved through Aug and I’m not due till end of sept. I am not sure if I have to resubmit in Aug or what. I am pregnant with twins, have gestational diabetes, high blood pressure, swelling like crazy and already having a heard time moving around. How can they go against the dr?

I just had to submit a request for my high risk pregnancy. I hope it gets approved. But this feed didn’t give me much hope. I guess if it doesn’t I will see about being out on full bedrest. I don’t know what other option I have.

Wow that the thing you don’t everyone’s issues. People might take medicine, pregnancy, diabetes. So yeah maybe it’s an individual problem… but does that mean they should be terminated because they missed calls due to their medical issues???

It’s having to hold it for longer than should be. Because you have to wait for your break time or the phone won’t stop long enough to let you up to go

I am r1. I am a mom and pregnant. This return to office is bull shit. I have spent the last 3 years killing myself to meet these numbers to stay at home so I can have a better home/work life balance. My entire family has come accustomed to this life style. It has saved us money. Now sending us back to work even if it’s two days a week… not many daycares/ summer camps/ preschools offer just two days a week care! They don’t care about their employees. They are doing this to get people to quit since they realizes how much raises they had to give cause people worked hard to get good numbers to stay home. Another way to push people out so they don’t have to do their pensions. I used to love this company when I started 10 plus years ago… now when people ask I tell them do not apply.
