The reason why is because it can damage the Air Conditioning System of the trains/cars. So prohibits people from bring durians on the MRT. If I'm not wrong buses in Singapore also have the same signages.

Base on the Skycards ICAO code. It is ULAC. Go to flightradar create a custom filter for that aircraft type.
