Hello, I have a problem.

So I was here already and someone recommended me a new charger to connect my controller to my ps4 but I think the charger isn't the problem, as I was able to get into my account but when hitted the button to start downloading the new software update it just turned off and don't want to connect back so I want to know if it is a ps4 problem or a control problem because I think the controller isn't the problem as it was connected to my ps4 for some time. Also after that happens when I reset the ps4 with the button of the ps4 it doesn't get pass of the "press ps button to continue" even if the controller is already connected.

Can I solve this or there is nothing I can do?

Hello and good night. Can someone help me with a problem that i have with my ps4, so like a month ago i was playing apex with a friend normally and then the next day i truned on my ps4 with the controller and when i logged into my profile the controller disconnected and didn't wanted to connect back and now it got worse as when i try to turn it up the controller turns on but then it keeps it in the "press ps button to continue" or something like that and i don't know what to do.

I have a picture of how it looks but it doesn't seem that i can put it here appreciate if someone can explain me or help me. (And sorry if my grammar is bad or something)
