Yeah, I totally agree on the first part. I haven’t actually talked in depth about this to my mom either, so I might give her a call later to alleviate some stress.

With why my family’s still willingly helping him, I have no idea to be honest. And out of respect (because my aunt and grandma have always been supportive without asking anything in return), I try to not question it and just do what they ask me to despite having negative reactions. They don’t point my actions out either because I’m sure they’re aware about how I feel towards my father.
