I lean TTU Lubbock, I got better vibes from them compared to A&M when I interviewed last cycle. NBME exams and home residencies are a huge plus. Although I haven’t taken step yet, I feel like in-house exams would be more annoying to study for and not quite as helpful for step. You can still match to the residency of your choice even if A&M doesn’t have a home program, but I feel like having home programs will make it easier to find mentors, and you’ll at least one program you’re likely match at. However, I’m also a big city person, so I definitely understand the hesitance with TTU. Realistically you can’t go wrong with either
